Nabewo Kakomu

In japan, during the winter time, they enjoy Nabe "pot".
Nabewo kakomu means sitting around the pot. Implying that sharing nabemono will create warm relations between the diners who eat together from the shared pot.

Anyways, it was raining so we decided to do Nabe for the first time.
The soup dashi (base) is from konbu and Niboshi. (Japanese dried baby sardines)
Ginger, soysauce and yuzukosho then vegetables and chicken.
Nabe was so hot and good.
Perfect for the winter time.

Treasure

Too many times do we forget the memories of our life that makes us smile.
Too many times do we forget that there is something more than what we can see.
And most of the time do we act like grown-ups who don’t enjoy or appreciate the moments of blessed life.

And here I am. All grown up. I guess.

And Yes, I have decided to cherish and share little things happening in my life and post pictures of them.
Something small, silly, things I like.
A deep breath and treasure.
